As part of the ENRICHER project – Hubs, Designing Green Tourism Concepts Through Learning – Work Package 7 (WP7) focuses on Quality and Risk Management to ensure that the project’s structure, processes, and outcomes meet high standards. The University of Genova (UniGe) leads this effort by designing and implementing a comprehensive quality plan based on the plan-do-check-act model. This plan was validated during the first team meeting and is supported by all partners through continuous feedback and local development insights. Clear responsibilities and multi-layered controls are in place to ensure the project stays on track and delivers impactful results.
