The ENRICHER consortium has published Sustainability Plan (D7.4), marking an important step towards ensuring the long-term impact and continuity of the Green Tourism Hubs beyond the project lifecycle.
The plan is based on both research and stakeholder engagement. More than 175 stakeholders shared their views through a survey conducted in spring and summer 2026, helping to identify strategic priorities for the future development of the Hubs.
The Sustainability Plan focuses on three interconnected dimensions:
- Environmental sustainability
- Social and community impact
- Economic sustainability
While building on the strong environmental policies and sustainability strategies already in place at partner universities, the plan places particular emphasis on societal impact. It explores how the Green Tourism Hubs can serve as spaces for collaboration, learning and positive change within their wider communities.
The plan reflects the project partners’ shared commitment to supporting sustainable tourism through education, cooperation and community engagement, while creating lasting value for universities, tourism stakeholders and local communities.
We invite all partners, stakeholders and interested readers to explore the Sustainability Plan and learn more about the future vision for the ENRICHER Green Tourism Hubs.
